(ACT) a national leader in delivering debt management and recovery solutions, warmly congratulates Lynn Heineman, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing for ACT on her re-election to the NCHER Board of Directors. She will serve a two-year term as the Collection Agency Caucus Chair and Representative to the National Council of Higher Education Resources (NCHER) Board of Directors, beginning July 1, 2016. Heineman has over 20 years of senior level management experience in the debt collection industry and has held several leadership positions on NCHER committees.
NCHER, pronounced N-share, represents a nationwide network of guaranty agencies, secondary markets, lenders, loan servicers, collection agencies, schools and other organizations involved in the administration and servicing of federal and private education loans. NCHER members promote student access and choice for post-secondary education and training.

A 20 plus year veteran of the collection industry, Heineman joined ACT in 2005 as the agency’s vice president of sales. During her tenure as a key contributor to the firm’s operational direction, ACT has grown from two to five offices and quadrupled in the number of employees. Well respected in the debt collection industry, Heineman is active in many professional associations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Houghton College.
