Career Summary: The Portfolio Representative position has the primary mission to ensure the success of Account Control Technology, Inc. (ACT) by initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls with the purpose of resolving delinquent and defaulted student loan debt. Portfolio Representatives will assist borrowers in finding solutions to their financial problems in compliance with Federal Guidelines
